Deep Root Fertilization
Deep Root Fertilization involves injecting a liquid or granular fertilizer into the root zone of the tree, providing both fertilization and valuable aeration. It is an excellent way to provide nutrients and micronutrients to the tree. Much like proper nutrition is valuable to us, Deep Root Fertilization is very beneficial t the tree. While you will generally see no immediate response, the long-term effect of proper fertilization to the plantings is the same as proper nutrition is to the human body. If trees are showing signs of stress from nutrient deficiency they will gradually improve. Properly fertilized trees and shrubs are able to fight off pests and disease.
